What are T Levels?

T Levels are high quality, two year qualification for 16-19 year olds which combines classroom learning with real-world industry experience.

• 20% industry placement (or 45 days over the duration of the course)
• Equivalent to 3 A Levels

T Level Industry Placements

Students spend the equivalent of 45 days with a Greater Manchester employer during their two-year qualification.

By supporting T Level placements, you can play a crucial role in shaping the future workforce and driving economic growth in Greater Manchester. 

What’s Involved?

As part of a T Level placement, you’ll host a student for a minimum of 315 hours (approximately 45 days either as day release or blocks) during their two-year qualification, providing them with meaningful tasks and projects. By doing so, you’ll play a key role in preparing them for future careers while gaining fresh perspectives and enthusiasm that can benefit your business.
